Dr. Chuck Missler – Koinonia House
As Chuck notes, his day of reckoning came several years ago when — as the result of a merger — he found himself the chairman and a major shareholder of a small, publicly owned development company known as Phoenix Group International. The firm established an $8 billion joint venture with the Soviet Union to supply personal computers to their 143,000 schools. Due to several unforeseen circumstances, the venture failed. Chuck and his wife Nancy lost everything, including their home, automobiles and insurance.
It was during this difficult time that Chuck turned to God and the Bible. As a child, he developed an intense interest in the Bible; studying it became a favorite pastime. In the 1970s, while still in the corporate world, Chuck began leading weekly Bible studies at the 30,000-member Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa, in California. He and Nancy established Koinonia House in 1973.
Nancy and Chuck now travel and teach through their ministry, Koinonia House, and they remain dedicated to create, develop and distribute materials which stimulate, encourage and facilitate serious study of the Bible as the inerrant Word of God.

A former attorney, Mark initially worked for the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals. Following a call to full-time ministry, today he serves as senior pastor of Faith Bible Church in Edmond, Oklahoma, just outside of Oklahoma City. He graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary in 1991, where he subsequently earned his doctorate in 2006 and more recently has served as an adjunct faculty member.

I was born in Stockholm, Sweden at noon May 15, 1950, which in the Sacred Calendar corresponds to the day 5 Jaguar. Curiously this is also the exact midpoint of the month dedicated to the Roman goddess Maia. Stockholm is fairly remote from the jungles of Guatemala, but these were some signs that maybe I had something to do there (although of course I was only appreciate the importance of these signs at a much later point).
I first became interested in the Maya and their calendar during a trip to Mexico and Guatemala in 1979. I fell in love with this people, and also had a feeling that this was my spiritual home on earth. Somehow it seemed that the purpose of my life was linked to this people and their calendar, that I had become fascinated by.
This was long before the Mayan calendar had become a matter of widespread and as I read in Michael Coe’s book about the Maya that their calendar would come to an end in the year 2011 it sparked a deep wonder in me.”Why would a calendar end?” I asked myself although 2011 then seemed a long time into the future.

Michael C. Luckman – Founder of the Cosmic Majority 2012
Michael C. Luckman is director of the New York Center for Extraterrestrial Research and the founder of the Cosmic Majority 2012, an organization that seeks to represent the majority of people on earth who believe in UFOs, life on Mars, and the paranormal.
